I have initiated this brokerage with the help of BrokerTeam Group. I joined here as Operations Manager. Built this brokerage from ground up. Anything from configuring Epic (Business Management Software) to training new brokers, to Underwriting and giving product related training every week to the brokers. I have created some of the best brokers there by training them. In about 2 years BrokerUnion grew from 2 brokers to 27 brokers.
I have created the Internal online resource center for the brokers. This portal was fully designed and developed by me. It included forms and documents and workflows. One of the key points for BrokerUnion to win IBAO Best Brokerage Under 25 years was the internal online resource called BrokerUnion Internal.

My insurance journey began with Belairdirect insurance as Sales and Service Associate. Immediately after coming from Bangladesh in October of 2016, I got to work with Belairdirect insurance. This job was created the structure for me in the insurance industry. After a year of service at Belairdirect I was promoted to Insurance Specialist and go opportunity to work as Assistant Underwriter.
